It’s explained before booking the card on file has NOT been charged & in email. I also explained that to you when you asked me thru text after your appt. You were 35 mins late into your 1 hour appt slot, No Call/or Text till you just showed up. Which is when I told you when you got in the chair it will be a $15 late fee, you said OK. That's why you paid $100 in total, You paid cash, your card was Never charged.
