Initally she did a good job, no complaints. My issue is with lack of further communication and no follow through. I told her that I would like to have... hair added to the back which she agreed to do on a Sunday, stated she would be in contact with me on the following Sat. No contact, I contacted her twice to confirm since I had not heard from her, no response. I cleared my afternoon just for this "appt." Previously, I read a review (I believe on StyleSeat) where someone drove 40 miles (on a Sunday) and she was a no show even after multiple attempts to contact. However, I chose to give her a chance. If you do not want to work on Sundays (which my appt. was) do not volunteer to do so. Disappointed, will not be returning. Show more
