Where do I start. I came in for my 130 appointment was greeted with a hello and sat to wait for 45 minutes before someone came and even started preppi...ng hair for me and asking me what I wanted. I told her I came in for the $270 medium Boho knotless deal, which did not specify that it was for SHOULDER length , so of course when I’m asked what length do I want my medium BoHo knotless braids I told her to my waist I was then told that it would be $350 for that link with Boho because it’s real hair and it’s $70 a pack. After asking the question of how much would it be to just do medium knotless waste length braids I was told 250 so for $20 more you’re going to give me $70 worth of hair. It made no sense, but at this point I already had wasted an hour not even getting started on my hair and I had to leave by 5 o’clock. Service was quick for two people being on my head, but I can also tell that there was two people on my head with the VERY large parts in the back and the smaller but still large parts in the front . I told her I wanted my hair to be full so the fact that I can see through my braids when they’re hanging down and I can tell my head shape and pull them up into a ponytail that’s still not even full a braided ponytail would’ve been fuller than this . And had I not had my nails done I would’ve braided my own hair because I’m an actual braider not just money hungry , so I know that a medium part should have a medium braid and if you gone do small braids do SMALL parts . And if you don’t have the skills to do so , just say that and stop wasting peoples time and hard earned money. BUT DONT WORRY SISTAS I’ll fix the hair due and add miracle knots to cover up the atrocious work you all presented today. The ONLY good thing about yall doing my braids so damn thin is that I can make it as full as I want now but for $250 I shouldn’t have to and THIS AINT WORTH IT

The service was fine, but they up charge you once you’re there. We even called to ask about hair and they were not forthcoming about the pricing. This... is a terrible business practice.

I absolutely love my medium boho braids. They are very neat. I had two ladies working on my head and it took about a total of 3 hrs. My appt was at 8a... but did start a little behind like 8:35a as they were prepping hair. The only thing is I wish they were more up front especially on the website about prices. I was prepared to pay a little more than the $250 stated on website but I didn’t want such a big jump & they told me I needed to get waist length because my natural hair is long. Another young lady came in and was told $180 over the phone but $320 in person when they went over the length and how much hair is being used. I do like that they use human hair for the boho styles and I don’t think many know that.
