My husbands hair did not come out as the reference pictures showed. He will not be returning. Yeah. The pictures he showed you is how he wanted it an...d you did not do what he asked. Im sorry to hear your expectations weren’t met. However, he did reference 3 pictures and he asked to have only 1-2 Inches of the top. I do recommend you going with him next time and assisting him so that your expectations are met. Have a nice evening 🤗🤗
