sigh, where to begin. I booked an appointment with Anderson. I arrived ON TIME and when I asked for Anderson, everyone seemed dumbfounded. The “trans...lator barber” told me to sit in the barber’s chair. No one introduced the “new” barber. Because there was a huge language barrier it was unclear WHO was cutting my hair! AFTER my hair was cut, the translator barber explained Anderson left early AND if you want to book next time choose Ernest, who couldnt speak English. Because Ernest made a point of having the translator tell me his name & to book with him, I KNOW he knew I didn’t know who I was. I never asked to have ANYONE else cut my hair!!!!!Because it was my first time, I did not know what Anderson looked like! Anderson was highly recommended by a close friend!. I feel this was HIGHLY deceptive and I have NO intentions of ever returning. disappointing and a mediocre cut AT BEST!
