But it's a shame you comment something like this to make our job look bad ,we tried to communicate as much as we could and respected your decision as an color and shape , first your nails were the same length you asked for but you asked for them to be cut shorter twice we let you know that the color shown on the picture is not pink its a frostedpink we gave you a paper towel with the 3 colors and you chose the darkest pink , since the start of your set you could’ve just said you didn’t like the color but you waited till the last moment to tell me this wasn’t the color you wanted , that you wanted it to be lighter and i told you that it was the color you chose i again showed you the frosted pink and you told me it was too light I explained to you that the picture you showed me if you look at the thumb you can tell its gel and your nails were done in colored acrylic ,the polymers when touched by monomer they darken a bit thats the reason why you have been showed the colors on a paper towel, you chose the color that was applied on your nails . On another note our salon is under construction and we are working in a place that is borrowed where you were treated with respect also due to the fact i dont speak English i brought in a person speaks and understands English so that you were well understood ,so me not knowin English still doesn't limit me to understanding and meeting my clients expectations we hope you have a blessed trip
