I had a appt to get my boys haircuts with Vic. he texted me before my appt and asked if i could come in earlier because he had something important com...e up but i couldnt so we rescheduled for the next day and same time. He never shown up and never texted me back. I waited with my two impatient kids for about 45mins! Absolutely horrible! Show more
