This is the 2nd time there was a huge inconvenience due to double booking. Neither time were we accommodated. The first time I was out of town and sen...t my son with his adult brother to get his hair twisted. He was told he missed his appointment time which was not true. I screenshot and sent my son the appointment time from Booksy. This last time it seems to be another issue with double booking. My son and I waited outside for over 20 minutes past our appointment time under the impression you were not in the salon suite. He then waited over an hour past his appointment time to get his hair done. Neither time was my time taken into consideration or was any accommodation made for my son. We will not be returning as we have been made to feel as though we are not wanted as a client. Show more
