Where do I start? So from start to finish I was treated like royalty. I have a "wax lady" that I love and have been going to for years, however; she w...as on vacation this week and I needed an appointment like ASAP. Also my "wax lady" does not offer v-steam services and I've always wanted to try it. I feel like the older I get my women's health is extremely important to maintain in a holistic and natural way. So I literally searched for another specialist on Booksy. The woman had to be black, and her business had to be classy. Those were my only requirements. I immediately noticed that this shop was not too far from me and had over a hundred 5 star reviews. I was sold. Once I arrived I was greeted by Ms. LaLa, she welcomed me with so much warmth, I was not apprehensive at all. Since it was my first time doing the v-steam, she took her time to answer my questions and thoroughly explain the process. She had everything prepared for my visit, and I just felt so comfortable. I also love that she has robes. Her shop is tastefully decorated and extremely clean. She offered me a mimosa and bottled water as well. Then I get to the waxing room, and yes there are separate rooms for each service. Love that. The bed is so comfy, and I could tell right away that Ms. LaLa had perfected her craft. She is very gentle and has amazing products that complement our type of skin. I have never had this level of care before. I hate to leave my "wax lady" as I am big on loyalty, but Ms. LaLa has the complete package, for me it's worth the drive from Humble. Ladies do yourself a favor and book today, but don't tell too many people I want her to always have space for me. LOL Show more
