I scheduled appointments with Josue on two consecutive days, and he failed to appear for either. On the first day, after multiple attempts to contact ...him, he texted to inform me that he was off, despite the availability of bookings. He offered a complimentary service as compensation. I subsequently booked an appointment for the following day, September 2nd, but he was again absent. Despite numerous calls and messages, I received no response. The barber on duty indicated that Josue had been present earlier. I waited from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM without any communication. While his haircutting skills are exceptional, his lack of professionalism and communication is disappointing. The trips from Miami to his shop, approximately a 45-55 minute drive, were a significant waste of time, which could have been prevented with effective communication. Show more
