Absolutely the worst hair cut experience I’ve ever had. Extremely rude. Harassed me numerous times and referred to the back of my hair as “ugly”. I ...ran about 8 minutes late but had trouble finding the place (elevator was broken, stairs are in a separate part of the building). He also thought I had cancelled but my re-scheduled note clearly said “I had a schedule conflict” meaning I re-scheduled to this new time due to a past conflict (i.e. “had” is past tense). He kept blaming me for that saying “nah, nah”. Like ok, that’s fine, I’m willing to man up and say that was my fault but instead of rescheduling or cancelling, he decided to rush back in, acting all pissed off, and harass me numerous times over the phone and in-person. Rushed through my haircut leaving red marks in the back of my scalp (was cutting at lightning speed, felt like he was stabbing my scalp). Touched my beard when I never told him to (he had the nerve to say he knows better). Didn’t even fade properly. He also swears a lot. It doesn’t matter about the years of experience or skills, this guy (Omar) has no manners and doesn’t know how to treat others with respect and dignity. Disgusting. Never coming back here. Show more

Great don’t come back you came late and dumb enough to not figure out how to use the stairs. Your hair was fucked up and I fixed it and you smelled offensive and I let that slide gave you great tips of taking care of your extremely thinning hair you are lucky to have gotten a hair cut and thank you for the review we all need bad reviews here and there
