I made an appointment and never heard from anyone. I then showed up at my appointment time and was told that the person I had my appointment with cou...ld not receive the Booksy appointments. I literally planned my whole day around this appointment. I could not postpone because I had prior commitments. I’m not gonna say this place is crap because I didn’t get the haircut, but first impressions are everything. Show more

Muy inresponsable el dueño Jesse,eh sacado mas de 3 citas y me a quedado mal,me ha dejado esperando y no me responde ni los mensajes tiene talento per...o no es responsable ni dedicado a su negocio para mi deberia de cerrarlo sino puede atenderlo parte del negocio es la puntualidad y mas de 3 ocaciones me ah pasado pero ya no regreso mas,es muy lamentable por que me gusta como corta el pelo pero le falta ser mucho mas responsable por que nosotros los clientes nos enfadamos de que hasemos cita y llego a la barberia y el no esta y lo peor de todo es que nadie de sus empleados me da una respuesta ni me quieren cortar el pelo aun teniendo cita,muy lamentable pero es la realidad.
