I’m sorry to hear you weren’t happy with your son’s haircut. From our end, we gave him exactly what was requested during the appointment, and he seemed happy with the result when he left the chair. We always do our best to make sure clients are satisfied, but it can be challenging when preferences differ — especially when a parent chooses a style their teenager might not have wanted.
