Only a week. One nail popped off at day 5 and day 7 today. She was great. But work not so great. Had chips not even 24 hours after intial appointment.... Had bad pain and told her with 0 response. For clarity, when you reached out after your appointment, I did respond and offered to have you come back free of charge to assess and correct any issues. Unfortunately, that follow-up appointment was not booked. Gel-X retention can vary based on aftercare, lifestyle, and nail condition, which is why I always encourage clients to return promptly so concerns can be addressed in person. My goal is always client satisfaction, and I stand by my work when given the opportunity to do so. ———When you reached out, I did respond and offered for you to come back free of charge so I could assess, adjust, or safely remove the Gel-X if you were experiencing discomfort. Unfortunately, without seeing your nails in person, I’m unable to diagnose pain, correct retention issues, or perform a safe removal. For health and safety reasons, Gel-X services — especially removals — must be done in person. If a client is unable to return, my ability to resolve the issue is limited. This was communicated at the time. I wish you the best moving forward. I’d also like to note that communication regarding services is handled through my business contact channels and numbers. - Messages sent to my personal phone number, which is not publicly listed, may not be seen or responded to promptly.
