Disappointed with first visit for a scheduled appointment at 4:15; which was for my granddaughter; there was NO communication until 4:27; a stylist di...d finally come in to fill the scheduled appointment. Everyone needs to know that time is precious for us all. as time is everything, we are All on a schedule these days. The point is just COMMUNICATE; when you are running late. If you are going to be LATE, then with courtesy, call the client or message the client, so they will know, that’s professionalism. If my granddaughter is satisfied and wants to return, I will reschedule and hope the service will be reputable! Show more

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. The stylist was coming in on a non scheduled time for her as she was filling in for the other stylist your granddaughter was originally booked with. She came in as a favor for the stylist who was running a 103 temperature in the ER as the fill-in stylist explained. This was an unexpected occurrence, and again, we apologize for the inconvenience.
