Beyond the talent, his customer service is top tier — friendly, respectful, attentive, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. What I appreciate most is how knowledgeable he is about beard care and grooming. He doesn’t just give you a great cut, he actually educates you on how to maintain your beard and keep it healthy between appointments.
