Giovanni is a good barber from previous haircuts but when I showed up to the appointment he wasn’t even there and never showed up.

The barber was rough during the haircut, making the experience quite unpleasant. They seemed more interested in chatting with others than actually cut...ting hair. As a result, I ended up with cysts on the back of my head, possibly due to unclean equipment or the barber being too forceful. I’ve had much better haircuts elsewhere for less money, and those never left me in pain like this one did. Show more

As a new customer first impressions is everything! I scheduled an appointment for 2:00pm my barber was late. His employees called multiple times and I... got the I’m around the corner. After 13 minutes I walked out. Then I get a text stating you walked out when I was walking in I still have 45 minutes to do the job. So my logic is this, if you want to go to a place that has exceptional reviews and seems to be a pillar in the community but has an attitude that I’ll keep you waiting and get to you on my own time! Then this is your place. How are you late for your own appointment and there wasn’t anyone in the chair? Show more

I am really sorry for the inconvenience. Those who know me know this is not an everyday thing. Like I had explained to you before; you are 100% correct what you wrote to me in private and here. Your time is valuable, and if you made an appointment, you expected me to be on time to honor the appointment. As a businessman, I should know that. I agreed that as a businessman, I should be on time to be able to honor the appointment; also, as I replied, you, as a human being, should understand that life happens out of our control when there is a long wait in line, or traffic, detours etc... at the end of the day, we are real humans living in the real world. Again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience. I've been in business for 10 years to only receive two negative reviews, which is pretty impressive if I say so. Let the rest of the reviews speak for themselves. Thank you for your honest review. It shows me that I still have some improvement to do. 🙏🏼
