Hey brother I’m sorry you feel that way, but the time slot is 45min, your appointment was at 5 you were out before 6. I was running a lil behind and I'm sorry again. This is the 3rd time youve booked, but no good reviews and you never said there was any issue. Your hair was extremely overgrown, I don’t think that 1star reflects the quality of the service especially since it was your 3rd time booking w me, It’s funny how you will go out your way to leave a negative review the other great experiences before that didn't matter
