A little about me, I was born and raised in Texas and moved to California in July of 2015. I am a qualified Personal Trainer through NASM and I have been doing personal training for nearly 5 years now, training in all different avenues, ranging from weight loss, to muscle gain, to increasing endurance, self-defense training, and mma conditioning. I have been a Professional MMA Fighter for about 6 years now, specializing in Muay Thai and Kickboxing, so you're definitely in good hands.
The pricing that is listed is for an hour session and it's usually broken up into a few segments, which include: 5 to 10 minutes of warm-up, 30 to 45 minutes of actually training, depending upon goals to be accomplished, and a 5 to 10 minute cool down. I have pricing for 30 minute sessions, weekly pricing, monthly, quarterly, and yearly pricing as well. I offer discounts and free sessions for referrals and group training.
