I normally do not leave reviews but this has been the most unforgettable experience. I booked my apt at least a month in advance for June 5th at 10:00... am the salon was not open until 10:30/45 am and after I waited a little over two hours or more for my hair to get started. I just feel as if it’s not fair as a customer to not even offer a curtesy text/call to inform them that things are running behind a bit we understand life happens. As a first time client not returning I was so excited because of all the amazing work I got to see on Instagram and yet even after waiting two hours or even more and paying for a service I hate how my hair turned out and feel like it was rushed. I feel like my time was wasted and time is just as valuable to them as it is for all of us. Show more

I made an appointment a week and a half in advance to see Jade who is a hairstylist and the owner of Bella Bella. Upon my arrival which was to be on J...une 4 at 10:30. I entered into the salon when two women stayed it to me that Jade was on vacation. One of the ladies with short hair stated she had told Jay to make sure she canceled or rescheduled all her appointments which she did not do. I am very upset because I work for a busy hospital and when I get time off I’ll try and schedule all my errands and appointments so I can get everything completed and done. Needless to say my hair was not done and I am very upset and would like to speak to Jade when ever she comes back off for vacation which to my understanding is June 16 I hope she reads my comments that I love her and reaches out to me. She has been my hairstylist for years and I’ve noticed that this has been happening to me and other people that I have sent to her that has happened to them as well it is very inconsiderate of her to do that because people schedule things and make an appointment so they can be Service not to be waived off or just to be forgotten about . I had booked for a full head of highlights. I have been growing out my natural gray hair for sometime. My ends had previous lightning. I booked a full... highlight session with Jay. Upon arriving she did a brief consultation and advised what best methods would apply for my hair to remain healthy. I went by her professional advice and I’m pleasantly happy with my hair turn out. I made an appointment for 10:30a. I came in to color my hair from dark to a burgundy/red. I knew the process wasn’t going to be a quick one because I ...had color already on my hair. Long story short I left the salon at 4:30p. My problem was being left for long periods of time just waiting for her to finish other clients who came in after me. I thought by making an appointment, I would be taken care of priority but I was wrong. I had to ask for a cape to wear after my clothes were splattered with bleach spots all over. I was uncomfortable left sitting at the sink with product in my hair for hours. I understand that she had other clients but it’s very unprofessional to make people wait so long for a service that they’re paying a lot of money for. Towards the end my patience wore thin and I asked her to just rinse out my color so I could go. At that point it had been 6 hours and I needed to get home. I left without my hair blow dried because I didn’t want to wait anymore. My hair color actually turned out beautiful and I love it, it’s just a shame the process was so long and uncomfortable. She’s very good at what she does, she just takes too many clients at one time leaving people to wait for hours for services that shouldn’t take that long. If the customer service would have been better, I would definitely go back. Show more
