Found this place after looking online to find someone to braid my hair. I got my hair done on a Sunday. When I looked in the mirror it looked great! B...ut EXACTLY one week later, the braids we're coming out . Found out she twisted my hair for BOX BRAIDS!!!! Paid $125 for this! Who twists hair for BOX BRAIDS? She tried to quickly do my hair just for Fast money... Contacted Her To see if she could fix it & never got back to me...... Save your money ! Show more
Honestly I used to love this place. Been going since I was in high school (2018). You expect that the stylist arrives on time and not 90 minutes late.... You expect that when you request knotless box braids they’re to the standard you requested. There’s no reason the hair should be uneven lengths, super stiff, excessively bulging, or a different/larger size than requested. It’s unprofessional and really indicative of one’s occupational priorities. And before anyone asks, no, my stylist was not held up by another customer. I can understand 20-30 minutes late, but this was unacceptable. I will not be returning. I wish the best to all the other stylists in the salon. Show more
The lady was nice but I didn’t like the fact she CUT MY HAIR to match the length of my bob wasn’t feeling that & then on top my hair was a mess didn’...t look NOTHING LIKE THE picture I showed her. Show more

Ms Tee gave me more than a hair fabulous style, she gave me my self esteem back. 😍🤩 I have had failed experiences a few times before her and you ju...st never know if you will get a hit or miss when you start with a new stylist🤔😬 . Ms Tee is my for sure my hit🙌🏾💖 . I am picky about my hair styles and I haven’t had a blessed pair of hands to work on my hair since 2012 back in Colorado Springs. My husband called and talked to the owner Ms.T and told her that he wanted to surprise me with getting my hair braided. Ms. Drea was recommended and s...et us up immediately! She was awesome and braided/styled my hair exactly the way my husband wanted.. Drea is awesome and on point! The salon has a very friendly atmosphere! I will return and suggest anyone to try them! I really enjoyed this salon. It had an old school beauty parlor feel. Alicia did my box braids and she did a wonderful job and I would definitely go b...ack. I would share pics but my face was bloated and YEESH! Overall, it was a nice little hidden gem that I would recommend. Very nice to walk in and really get the service you expect when you get your hair done. She washed and blow dried my hair, no fuss. It was a great experience overall and I will be going back. Ashley provides great service. She was able to do my daughters hair at the last minute. The hair was exactly what we asked for.
Of course this was my first time and first impressions determine if i'll be back...I called before going to get more info and the female(I can't remem...ber her name)she had good customer service skills during the call...She gave me a landmark so I wouldn't get lost trying to find the shop...She asked about how long before I get there...When I got there she remembered my name and serviced me immediately with no wait time...She took her time and gave me what i asked for...She understood the assignment... I needed more hair done for a wedding. I called S&S around 9am. I was told a stylist would call me back. I received a call back from Ashley and we sch...eduled an appointment for later today at 12. I got there a little late AND forgot my hair. I had to go to a hair store to buy more. Ashley was so gracious about the whole thing. She was very professional. We started at about 1 and she finished at 4pm. I was a wonderful experience. And I hate going to salons. I almost never do. And never more than once because most of them are horrible and unprofessional. S&S was refreshingly different. Ashley listened to exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done. My jumbo Senegalese twists turned out beautiful. I will definitely be spreading the world about this salon. And bonus, another lady was getting her hair done with another stylist. She got a quick weave bob and it was chef's kiss beautiful. These ladies are not playing. Thank you so much Ashley and I hope you feel better. Show more
