He’s always been really flexible with me and my crazy work schedule and has great communication if there ...are ever any delays on his end, which is rare in my experience Kai is very punctual when it comes to his time management. He always has a positive attitude with great conversation along with an amazing atmosphere in his shop which is very welcoming and comfortable.
