Cancellation: If appointment is not cancelled before 24 hours, 50% of your booked appointment will be charged and must be paid before your next service. I shared that my birthday was coming up and I was celebrating when I called them the day before the appointment. They went above and beyond to celebra...te with me. My guests and I were welcomed with drinks and food all while getting pampered. It was SO MUCH FUN. On top of that, our hair and nails came out amazing! Its hard to find places now and days that do good work and today was the last day that TaiNailAndHairSalon will see me as a client. I was racially p...rofiled amongst dealing with Attitudes, and Disrespect to say the least. As a business owner and manager a customer’s satisfaction should be a persons priority. Today it was the complete opposite. I DO NOT recommend anyone to do business here. I was completely humiliated in front of my 11 year old child by the actions that transpired here. I’m sure I’m not the first to experience something like this. I highly recommend you reconsider using TaiNailAndHairSalon. Show more
