So normally when I get my hair done I’d have to either bring hair or NOT but this place requires it.. so I asked for a retwist and extended ropes wit...h all the add ons.. my issue is I wanted majority of my locs to be shown I just wanted the effect of the ropes to make it look even prettier, and I showed a video but it still didn’t turn out how I expected it to look, but I appreciate the locticians effort but no maam I’m dissatisfied..i was charged an extra $30 for another detox I DID NOT ask for so my original total ended up being $$245 in total and the point of getting my hair done was for a lil party but now I can’t go since all my spending money has been chewed up.. they also don’t have an option for your hair to be dyed except asking the person who works there and I’m just not digging the last out of the salon, but nevertheless my hair is done and they made their money🤦🏾‍♀️(p.s.) the retwist are the only things I suggests!!! So let me 1st start by saying the extra detox was very much needed because your hair was extremely dirty due to you stating you’ve never had it done in a salon nor professionally. So of course the extra detox wouldn’t be free because again it was extremely nasty. Now the hair is never included when you are adding hair to locs but I also took you to the store MYSELF in order to complete your service however I do apologize that it didn’t come out exactly how you wanted but I did it based on what I know how to do. Last coloring hair is suggested to go to someone else BECAUSE I DON'T give that service which is why is not listed on the app AS I STATED WHILE U WERE THERE. Outside of that I gave you great costumer service and would have been more then willing to fix anything you didn’t like about it had you said so while you were there instead of waiting to leave a review.
