Great customer service, but poorly executed cut. I gave a clear description of what I wanted, even showing a photo for reference and didn’t get the re...sults I wanted. I asked for a slight trim and wanted to keep my Afro curls, instead he chopped too much hair all around especially the back. Now I have to start my whole hair growth process over again.
