I visited Ms Renee right before my period and my period came 2 days later and it was 100% worth it. I have extremely bad cramps while on my cycle the... steaming really help. I would typically take atleast 6 ibuprofen a day on my cycle I didn’t take not one the cramps didn’t completely go away but they are 80% better. Ms Renee also suggested that I stop using tampons because of all the chemicals that they put in those and I am now using her natural pads that she offers, They are chemical free and they are great for light to heavy flows. I will definitely continue with Ms Renee’s treatment. Ladies if you are having any issues health wise or just need to detox your body go see Ms Renee y’all she is the bomb. Show more
