Really bad experience!!! The Lady who flat ironed my hair burnt my scalp bad with each flat iron and the Lady who did my ponytail (Lesh) didn’t apply ...my ponytail on right and it came off the next day! She also told me she couldn’t fix it within the next 2 days so I will not be returning nor spending my hard earned money on foolishness! Thankyou for wasting my damn time 💯✌🏾 Show more

I’m sorry for your experience. I actually have the text messages of you calling me bad names and me responding, respectfully to have YOU come in to resolve the problem. I called numerous times and texted, respectfully. The days you wanted to come in, I’m actually off for vacation because it is the holidays (thanksgiving). I never told you that we couldn’t fix it being that you came in with, in your words, hair you just found, and i still made it work. Again, my apologies for your experience. This could’ve been handled way better than this bogus review that you made after i tried solving the problem.
