Before Sylvia, I had never had a Silk Press. I have been natural for about 8 years and just started wearing protective styles the last 2 years. Natura...l hair can be exhausting sometimes. 😂 I went to Sylvia in a pinch as I had a bday party to attend and I did not know what to do with this head of mine. I have 4C type hair that I THOUGHT was course, thick and untamable …..At times I even wanted to do the Big Chop again out of frustration. Going to Sylvia has been a game changer. My hair is shoulder length… maybe a little longer. I never felt as if I could have long, straight, let alone SILKY hair!! It blows with the wind yaw! Plus I get tons of compliments and my husband loves it! Sylvia is professional. The facilities are decent and clean. The price is a little higher than some but you get individual care and attention. She uses great product. I’ve been going to her now a little over a month and the services are quality and consistent. Show more
