I had an extremely disappointing experience with Shmackthebarber. Due to my work schedule, I had to cancel a couple of appointments. When I was finall...y ready to book again, his schedule was full, so I went to another barber in the shop. Apparently, this upset him, because the next time I scheduled an appointment, he canceled just five minutes before and called me to say I should find another barber. To make matters worse, he even FaceTimed me and spoke to me in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. This is not the level of service I expected, and I would not recommend him. Show more
