The cut was just awful, incomplete, and expensive. What I can’t believe I paid what I paid for this. I wolnt be there again. Looking back at the cut ...I received, I had to change from 2 stars to 1 star. The cut is terrible, I’m embarrassed to show it out in public. I’m thankful my hair will grow back, and I will go to an actual barber. This is just disappointing, to charge these prices and to mediocre to poor skills is crazy to me. Show more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN There are screenshots attached supporting everything written below: Josh did not show for our last appointment and d...id not give any notice. Upon arriving to the shop that day his coworkers pulled me outside and suggested I find a new barber & pray for him as he wasn’t responding to their messages and hadn’t shown up for any of his appointments that week. He’s been cutting my hair for over 2 years so I figured I’d give him another chance when sent a text apologizing and asking me to rebook. So I tried to schedule with him again today Feb 17th. He called me at 7am asking for pre-payment which was odd as it’s something we’ve never done before as well as being unreasonably early to call. After sending the payment he texts me an address almost 2 hours later that was in Oak Brook Terrace which is a 40 min drive round trip(20mins up, 20 mins back). There was no mention of the location change beforehand and I figured I’d be coming to Legends here in Oak Park like usual which is 5 mins away from me. I informed him this was unacceptable and asked for a refund after which he stopped responding and kept my money. I am very disappointed and will no longer be doing any business with Josh. He’s was a great barber for years and I don’t know what changed/happened but he’s now unprofessional and a thief as far as I’m concerned. Show more

Josh has cut my son’s hair a few times. He is always late and always changing the appointment times! The last tme he cut my son’s hair he told me he d...idn't have time to cut it the way I wanted it to be! Then called me after my son’s appointment and asked me if I miss the appointment and did I pay him! Say what, Sir??? Fast forward to today! My son had an appointment only to find out that Josh is no longer working at Legends Barbershop! Josh didn't have the decency to reach out to his clients to let us know! Let me start by saying that the 5 or so times Josh cut my hair i was pleased with the result even though he had a tendency to be late and/or pull up t...o the shop and start setting up at the time of the appointment. This last time Josh never even bothered to show up or respond to my text asking if he might be close. So that was my last time booking. Josh can cut hair but beware of unpredictability. Show more
