Update #3 😩 What I do find amusing is how you are handling the situation. Pretty sure you can upload pictures/screenshots just like I did. It appears... you are trying to paint a picture of me that isn't there. I didn't respond to the first text because as mentioned to you on the phone, I didn't see it because it came in as spam. After that, we spoke on the phone exclusively. Only other time I texted either of you was after 10:30. What am I missing? I've added our call history for reference. There was no need to block me from booking again. I've already stated this on multiple occasions that I would not be frequenting your establishment as punctuality is of utmost importance, but thank you either way. All the best! Update #2 😂 This is becoming amusing. Love the ALL CAPS!! Not sure how I reacted exactly other than pointing out the unprofessionalism. But now everyone has the screenshots. End of story. It is too bad that our conversation was not recorded. It would have been fun to drop it here so everyone could hear for themselves. Have the day you deserve madame. Update since I can't repond: Wow! Thank you for that response. Your attack shows a lack of imotional intelligence. Nothing in my review is untrue. I do notice a patern in your review responses though. Showing up 5min early is simply being punctual and I had no issue with that. I contacted the number I had because the store was closed. If you recall, I had contacted this same number multiple times to ensure your location, what is included and payment types. At no point did you mention I should reach out to anyone else. So, it is only fair to contact that same number given my appointment was at 10am and no one was in sight at 9:54 am (my orional text to you inquiring whether someone would be coming to open). Your reaction to my honest review tells me and others more about you than anything. Thank you for reiterating the fact that I already told you on the phone when we spoke that I would not frequent your establishment because you made it clear that punctuality, was not priority to your business as you are family owned and at the end of the day, it is about the end result. Ma'am, every black owned salon around here is family owned. You are just unprofessional when it comes to respecting and valuing others time and I made this much clear to you and the stylist at that time. This is not bullying it is an honest review of my experience and others have the right to know and make their own decisions. There may have been a lack of comprehension on my spam comment. The number was spam to me. Mind you, I said this on the phone when we spoke. As for the timing of receiving this text, you are correct, it was 1 hour and 27min beforehand since we are being exact. Original review: I booked a 10:00 a.m. appointment and arrived early, only to find the shop closed with no one in sight. After calling the owner, I was told the stylist’s rideshare was delayed, and they’d arrive “soon.” Later, I got a call indicating a text was sent to le. I found a text from an unknown number (which went to spam) sent an hour before my appointment, changing it to 10:30. I agreed to wait until 10:30, but by then, no one had arrived. When I expressed frustration at 10:33, the owner dismissed my concerns, saying I was "being too much" and that punctuality wasn’t their focus because they’re a small family business and the stylist’s baby was sick. While I understand emergencies happen, none of this was communicated until I was leaving. I ended up making an appointment and went to Zion at 11:30, where I was seated immediately and had my hair done without any issues. It’s clear this business doesn’t value professionalism or clients’ time, so I won’t be returning. Show more

Unfortunately you are a very dishonest person She texted you at 8:30 (we have screenshots ) from the number that is listed on booksy under her name, no spam number at all. Your incompetence had you communicating with two different people when clearly on your appointment that YOU booked, told you who to contact. You have completely minced my words as the owner, and is trying to use the review section as a bullying method. You showing up early was your choice and we respectfully declined your patronage because of your impossible ability to be coherent. And to your UPDATE!!! There was no reason for you to react the way you did. She was in communication with you the entire time. Yes my review response will be the truth EVERYTIME. I won’t allow anyone to paint a picture that’s not true. Funny how you completely dismissed her responses. This is NOT amusing as we are running a business to take care of our families. The fact that you think it's amusing shows your character and We at this point have nothing to else to talk about on this app. You've been blocked from booking and I'm Happy to hear that you found a fit for yourself. If Booksy would allow us to upload the screenshots then we would the ones you posted are one sided.
