You’ve been a client of mine for quite some time, and I’ve had the opportunity to service you and your son on many occasions. I’ve always done my best to provide a consistent and patient experience, especially considering the level of care your son requires. On this particular day, you’re correct that there was a delay. I was finishing a service that required more time than expected. In situations like that, I do my best to keep things moving without compromising the quality of the service in the chair. Where we can improve is communication. You should have been given a clearer update on the wait time, and that’s something I take responsibility for. Regarding the “no-show” status, that was not intended to misrepresent what happened. The system automatically marks appointments that aren’t completed, but I understand how that can come across, and I’ll make sure that gets handled more accurately moving forward. I respect your time, and I also stand behind the level of service I’ve consistently provided over the course of our appointments. One off-days don’t reflect the standard I hold myself to.
