I usually book here when I want to have something more specialized done to my nails. I usually book with Cindy because she is attentive, careful and t...akes her time. They ended up doing three services for me and none were by Cindy. I was highly disappointed. Instead she gave other the work so she could take other customers. My pedicure was rushed and sloppy. Gel polish does not lay flat, looks bumpy. During my manicure I was cut twice due to the worker being too rough and not careful. My last service was a lash lift. This took almost 1 hour and 45 mins and lashes were not noticeably curled. I explained to the tech in the beginning that my straight lashes need extra hold and tighter rods to achieve the desired look. I assumed since it was taking much longer than usually I’d be good to go. Overall disappointed and will only book again if I can be serviced by Cindy. Show more

The pic is extra acrylic not filed down. Mason did my nails. He filed my cuticles more than my nails. He was rough and kept twisting my hands and arms... to file instead of knowing how to without causing discomfort and pain. I was going to get a pedicure but changed my mind. Then he also lied about the charge to cut my nails down after he asked me at the beginning of my appointment. My experience today has made my mind of never going back. His heavy handed lying ass will never have me in that establishment again. I gave him a tip out of courtesy but I should have not. Show more
