I offfered to still cut you and was on my way due to last minute family situations "respectfully”, kept u up-to-date and even said I’ll take $10 bucks off the cut…… I apologize u experienced that but I don’t give out free cuts as u were persistent about me completely compensating the service especially on clients that book then cancel and than book a year later.
