The first time I booked with James I arrived on time, but I had to wait passed my appointment while he took someone else (35/40 minute wait). The seco...nd time I was running behind and communicated with James about my arrival. He just did not seemed to care to wait for me at least a few minutes, and I do understand they have clients to take care as well but I booked in advance and it’s just the lack of unimportance he has towards his clients. Seems to me he works more of on his time. Won’t be booking anymore. Show more

I apologize for the inconvenience but the first time I adjusted to accommodate a new client (you) to build more time to know what your son wants. This time around you clearly had said you were going to be 15 minutes late, the second text message you sent me was sent within 2 minutes and now you were saying you were going to 5 minutes late. 15 late to 5 minutes late within a 2 minute text message is not understanding I offered for another barber to cut your sons hair but I understand it’s the holidays it’s busy and a lot of customers have been waiting for hours. It is all good hope you find another barber thank you for your business
