He did a decent job with the taper. But I told him ahead of time that my son still had dreads in his hair so he didn’t account for the extra time it w...ould take to remove them. I also told him my son NEVER had his hair cut before and never felt clippers but he got an attitude when my son jumped out the chair. He wasn’t being considerate with his hair when removing his dreads because my son was clearly in pain when he was separating his hair at the roots, he just kept pulling. Then he got upset telling me he’s been at work since 830am as if that’s my issue. If you don’t like your schedule change it but don’t take it out on my child. Terrible experience!! Show more

Thanks for your feedback, but I was very patient with your son who was very difficult to deal with. I wasn’t letting you know I been to work since 8:30 because it was your problem. I was letting you know because it’s been a long day. And at the end of the day when it should’ve been smooth sailing, I still attempted to cut your son as best as possible. As you yelled and screamed at him in my place of business. I’m also not a hair stylist I'm a barber, you have me unraveling dreads…. And you seen how gentle I was. At the end of the day the day gon end. Thank you for attempting to make me look bad. But one bad apple don’t change a thing
