I was a little apprehensive even though I’ve wanted to have my brows done for a long time. I finally chose Dominican Permanent makeup based on their r...eviews and I’m ecstatic with my results so far. They told me step by step what was gonna happen and what to expect, gave me specific care instructions, and made me feel very comfortable. I was nervous about if it would hurt, but I really didn’t feel very much, just a “scratching” feeling and some slight tenderness. The atmosphere was nice and clean and I actually felt relaxed during the whole procedure. I absolutely recommend Dominican permanent makeup!!!!! Show more
