Extremely dissatisfied with the haircut my son received. The "barber" nicked his face and ear multiple times, leaving visible marks. The sides of his ...hair have no fading, and the top is very uneven and chopped. It took over 45 minutes to achieve this mess, and now I have to pay for another haircut. *Update* The owner was quick to respond and offered to personally resolve my complaint. Show more
