Hey Jessica sorry for the inconvenience of having to cancel your appointment last week Saturday Aug 1st. I text all of my clients that I had a family emergency that required my immediate attention in Cleveland ,Oh. Your appointment booked today Sunday Aug 16th looks like it was canceled because of someone else was booking that same time slot which was my last scheduled appointment for today. I've made several attempts to call and accommodate you but i wasn't able to reach you via your phone number that's on file . Hopefully we can avoid this situation in future as far as cancellation mishap today . Thank you for the feedback Jessica.
