As I stated your hair is thick. And would require a relaxer on 4c hair so it look professional . You said just cut it without a relaxer. So all you received was a cut on 4c hair and wash, no styling . But thank you again for the 1 star review which you didn’t even get a full service. Also you booked another appointment for the following Tuesday. Why book if your not pleased. 🤔
