As always thank you for your business.. you saying you was waiting 20-25 minutes is not what I do as a stylist . Your original appointment was at 1145 & you changed it to 3pm , which makes me change my schedule on my end. ( on a Saturday ) 😞My understanding you came in and never said you was waiting on me., I’m not a late stylist and 2nd my bobs are always on point.,2 weeks later and now you putting a review up is unacceptable, when real adults will reach out and I don’t mind correcting any issue. Never had any issue about my bobs with my returning clients who tip me well always . thank you for your business and hope you find you a stylist that fit your needs. . sincerely JR

Jackie’s service is fantastic. I’m pleased that a wash was included as I feel like a stylist should always include one. She made sure to ask questions... about my hair so I’d be comfortable during the service. She stopped a few times just to check how I was doing. Honestly, her hands were so gentle, I wished I could lay down and go to sleep. My sew in looked exactly as I expected and I cannot wait to go back. Overall, the service was 3 hours and the price was properly reflected on the site. Only outside expense was my personal purchase for the hair itself. Show more
