Haircut was fine, but him not being able to keep up with my booked appointment was my main issue. My appointment was at 10:35am and I wasn’t seated un...til 30 mins later. When he approached me for my haircut, he didn’t say sorry for being late or acknowledge that I had a set appointment. That tells me he doesn’t check Booksy, and it just felt like a walk-in. I’m used to being seated maybe 15 mins late and my barber at least recognizing that they’re late. Haircut was fine and he was cordial so 2 stars, not 1. Show more

Will is an excellent barber! He is our go to for both me and my grandson. He is very meticulous and detail oriented. I have been three times so far... and I will keep going back.
