Paris is respectful, professional, and very kind. As someone who can have anxiety, she allowed me to stay in my comfort with communication and made su...re I felt the most comfortable. As someone who is also tender headed, I feel happy to have found her! No clitching my teeth ha I def plan to return. The only thing to note. If you're particular about size, feel free to exchange photos prior to gauge size. In comparison to other braiders I've have, the braids were a little larger for a medium size. I love them regardless! And didnt have an issue with them. I also have experienced braiders who briad smaller for medium as well. But if you have a certain size in mind, Im sure Paris will have no problem sharing what her sizes look like. And she does check in and ask how you feel about your braids throughout. I made two separate deposits. The first deposit was for me to have my hair done and the second deposit was for my daughter. The appointment for my dau...ghter was canceled because Paris wasn’t able to accommodate my daughter who is young… I sent two text messages about receiving a refund for my daughter’s hair appointment that was canceled. It has been over two weeks since I made the $40 deposit and I never received the $40 I paid. In the future I will make sure to be careful and NOT so, nice to everyone. Furthermore, their has been a lot of people during the pandemic that will require a deposit knowing that Booksy will NOT assist in getting the deposits back for clients. I advise everyone to be careful of anyone who requires a deposit for appointments and stylist that may appear nice or professional… Show more

My apologies in the delayed responses…I was on vacation and didn’t receive your messages until today (5/31). In going over your messages on 5/27 you requested and I quote “Good afternoon please refund me the deposit I made for or if possible I can book a future appointment. Thank you Ese *my daughter”. This indicated to me that you either wanted to receive your deposit back or book a future appointment for yourself using the deposit that you made for your daughter which was totally fine. I text you and left you a voicemail message (5/31) to clarify what your current request is (either deposit refunded or another appointment) to which I have yet to receive a response. Either way your request will be honored and I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Thanks and enjoy your day.
