Honestly i appreciate the service and the conversation. But I feel this retightening wasn’t the best or could have been better. This was my 1st appoin...tment and using someone different since I moved. I didn’t feel the love for hair as I have other locticians. My hair looked very dry no client education or anything to make my hair look like I have been to a hair appointment. Normally, my coworkers would automatically know my hair was done. Nobody even acknowledged it or said anything. My daughter said it looked like I had it up 2 weeks. One of my locs must have broken and she never said anything I don’t know what happen. But unfortunately I don’t feel this is the place I need to be as a client. I think she means well but I think some LOVE and care for the environment could be a little welcoming and show your clients you love hair. I feel this wasn’t the best of her service maybe not a good day I’m not here to bash services. It was hard to keep in contact with her when I booked and waiting for a response. Anyways I accepted the loss and moving on to someone who has some enthusiasm and real love for hair. Show more
