Great haircut but they tried to charge me twice. Paid online through Booksy and when haircut was over they charged me $40. Paid $30 to book and was to...ld it would be refunded. Gave the barber $60 and was very pleased. Well the money from Booksy wasn’t refunded and if I hadn’t have went back it would have in total cost me $88 for a haircut. The shop was so clean and buzzing when I arrived. The staff greeted me right away. They have all been professional and courteous. I only waited a few ...minutes for my appointment. Carolina discussed with me how I wanted my hair to be cut. She and I chatted while she cut my hair to the precision needed for the cut. Carolina makes sure you’re comfortable while you’re there. She does a great job cutting and styling my hair. I’m very pleased with her and the shop! Show more

I’ve been to Chanel 3 times now. I’ve always scheduled with Andre and on my last visit, he wasn’t available for the appointment I had which I’m not up...set about but since he wasn’t available, I had to get a cut by another barber. It wasn’t cut as well as I would’ve liked for what I paid, it wasn’t really done how I asked so my hair is really just as long as it was when I came in on the top. Still a great barbershop but unfortunately I’ll have to get another cut in a few days due to the length of the top Show more
