1st appointment, our appointment time was changed 20mins before our confirmed appointment time and we were already in route to the barbershop. Stuff h...appens so my husband and I were like ok we will still go. When we arrived for the new time still wasn't ready and had to wait an addt'l 15mins. My husband gave a pass due to Marrco doing a good job with my 1yr old and he seen that he was a young guy with potential so he said we will bring our son back. 2nd appointment, Marrco did not show up nor respond to any text or calls. Praying all is well with this young man and that he can improve on all aspects of becoming a great barber, but that was my last straw. Show more
