This review is long overdue, nonetheless, quite timely; given women who are looking for a great low-cut hairstyle. My hair journey since the COVID-19 Pandemic has been an interesting one. Due to the (initial) closure of barbershops/salons, my hair gr...ew longer than I’m accustomed to wearing it. Likewise, my hair was in it’s (non-chemically treated) natural hair state and severely damaged. I tried quite a few hair products and processes to reverse the damage to my hair in an attempt to wear my hair (naturally) long. Nevertheless, (and after a lifetime of having it short, and chemically treated) my conclusion was to start a new…cut it all off. Beauty salons and barbershops began to open back up, and I made the choice not to return the salon but to wear my hair natural for the first time in years. The question was where and who would I trust my hair to now…I’ve never been a chair-hopper (from one barber/stylist to the next)? One day after admiring my son’s haircut, it dawned on me that I should entrust my hair to whom I’ve entrusted my sons’ hair to for 8yrs. I can’t believe it didn’t dawn on me right away. I would entrust my natural haircare to Mr. Alex Jones. The haircut was just what I wanted and needed…very current/stylish. Mr. Jones's humility and desire to understand what I wanted is to be admired. I’ve met some very narcissistic barbers and stylists in my time, so his attitude is always refreshing. He takes his profession seriously as indicated by asking me questions during the entire process of my haircut…ensuring that he was cutting my hair to my specifications and not his…great job Alex. I love the result and the experience in this stage with my hair. Although natural (now/non-chemical treated), my hair is healthier than its ever been and I continuously receive compliments about the style.

He takes his time and makes sure that you are pleased with your haircut before you get out of his chair. He exudes positive energy always. I wo...uld not go anywhere else. He is the only one that can cut my hair exactly like I want it. My boys agree. This barbershop and the men working there are like family.
