Hi Melissa I’m sorry to hear about this. The shop number is used mainly by barbers that take walk ins. I personally don’t answer the phone because I have my own contact information. My number is 815-378-1307 please reach out to me I would like to make this up to you with a free haircut. I was not aware that you had an appointment because I took Monday morning off to go to a doctors appointment l.. sometimes Booksy will have glitches. Once again I’m very sorry to hear about your negative experience.
