The stylist was very friendly and her shop was in a nice area and very clean we discussed my style but after getting to my 2nd stylist that braids my ...hair she pointed out the gaps and the crooked part. How I missed that I do not know. This stylist has amazing pictures up of styles tha she has done but this just didn’t work out for me. I have ro wait for my hair to grow back some so it can be re cut properly.

Nicole I am terribly sorry you are not pleased with your service in which at the time of the appointment i gave you the mirror and had you look at your hair to be sure you were pleased with it and you said you were excited about it and liked it. The area in the picture at the top of your head I did not cut, and it was only the side of your head. It seems overall your experience was great, I was friendly with you, did a thorough consultation with u before cutting your hair and made sure you would be pleased. A 1 Star review is misleading and unjust. Mama Wells Gifted Hands does not do that type of service or work. Also, that was a month ago, so it could very well be something else going on with your hair. In the future please reach out to the stylist so they can fix the issue, if indeed there is true issue or make sure u are truly pleased with the service before leaving the chair. Thank You
