Very professional, Sweet person and she doesn't braid tight at all, lol I can sleep comfortably and very happy I didnt have to take pain pill for a h...eadache like i normally would with other braidera, lol. i LOVE MY BRAIDS...I will definitely be going back, that hour drive was well worth it.
